Email Set-Up & Settings
Your username is your email address.
The outgoing mail port is 587.
IPHONE SETUP | ANDROID SETUP
1. Open up Microsoft Outlook on your device
2. Select “File” and “Add Account” under “Info”
3. Select the “Manual setup or additional server types” option, then click “Next”
4. Select the “POP3 or IMAP” option, then click “Next”
5. Fill out the “Your Name” and “Email Address” boxes under User Information
6. Select “IMAP” under the Account Type dropdown, then put mail.smartlinkhost.com for the Incoming and Outgoing server boxes.
7. Next, fill out your login information, then click on “More Settings…”
8. Go to the “Outgoing Server” tab and Select My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication and select Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
9. Go to the “Advanced” tab and change incoming server number to 143 (for IMAP) or 110 (for POP3) and the outgoing server number to 587, then click ok.
10. Click “Next” and complete the email conformation, once it has done this click “Done”
