Option 1: FREE Standard Production (Holiday Version)
Here’s one great way to spread some holiday cheer. The Standard Production (Holiday Version) is completely FREE for all of our Message on Hold customers.
Designed to spark the festive spirit, the Standard Production includes holiday well-wishes and a festive holiday music selection. We’ve already got the script content, voice talent, and music selection covered. You just need to let us know you want a copy, and we’ll get it to you the week of Thanksgiving.
Make sure to let us know if you need a production that’s under 2 minutes.
Got a new phone system? We can create a holiday greeting file that you can upload to your new system!
Option 2: FREE Standard Production (Christmas Version)
As the holiday season approaches, we know that many folks will be embracing classic traditions while creating new memories with friends and loved ones.
Whether you’re hanging up boughs of holly, decorating your tree, or leaving out cookies for Santa – we’re excited to offer you our Standard Production (Christmas Version), which is also completely FREE for all of our Message on Hold customers.
Just like the Holiday Version, we’ve taken care of the script content, voice talent, and music selection for you. And you’ll receive your copy during the week of Thanksgiving.
Again, let us know if you need a production that’s under 2 minutes.
Option 3: Custom Holiday Music
With this option, we take your current on-hold message and add some holiday cheer in the form of festive music. It’s a great way to stay on message, while getting your callers into the spirit of the season.
Please note that this option counts as 1 production. Since there are no changes to the script, it does NOT require script approval.
If you order this option, be sure to submit your voice talent and music choices by Wednesday, November 15th. (If we haven’t received your choice by then, our team members at Smart Link Solutions will be happy to make voice and music selections for you.)
Option 4: Custom Holiday Message
Add holiday well-wishes to a new or current script and include holiday music! We’ll create an entirely new on-hold message specifically for your business to promote any sales or special holiday hours you may have.
It’s an effective way to keep your customers informed of your up-to-date promotions while helping them get into the spirit of the season.
Choose this option if you’d like to make changes to your script. And since it does include changes, script approval IS required.
Please note, this option will count as 1 production.

Here are some additional notes on the Holiday Message on Hold.

- Please submit your response before the end of the business day (5 p.m. EST) on Wednesday, November 15th, 2023.
- You select or Smart Link Solutions selects – your choice! The Message on Hold team at Smart Link Solutions is happy to make the final voice and music selections for you starting from Thursday, November 16th.
- Standard productions are scheduled to arrive the week of Thanksgiving.
